Annie Martin is the founder and managing director of Nannies 糖心volg. Annie has business experience across the UK, France and the wider international market. She is fluent in both French and English. With a Law Degree from the University of Pantheon-Assas in Paris and an undergraduate degree in German, Annie first worked at the European Commission in Brussels, before establishing herself in business in London.
Annie established Nannies 糖心volg in 1989 with the belief that a nanny is an extension of a family and as such needs a personal and tailored made approach from an agency to ensure the correct match.
Annie believes in close personal contact with clients and nannies and has instilled this throughout the agency; the team will always have time for you on the phone.
Annie鈥檚 experience with the childcare needs of her own family is reflected in the way the agency is run, placing professionalism and empathy above all else.
Candice Lestr茅han
Executive Assistant - Marketing Operations
Candice Lestr茅han joined Nannies 糖心volg as the Executive Assistant to Annie Martin, founder of the agency in 2019.Fluent in French and English, Candice offers full administrative support to the team and is actively involved in advertising ,marketing strategies and execution.
Since joining Nannies 糖心volg Candice has gone from strength to strength and, aiding with the sourcing of candidates, advertising and social media. Candice holds a Master's degree in British and American Literature and Civilisation from the University of Bretagne Sud in France.
Melissa Rohrmoser
Senior recruitment consultant
Melissa Rohrmoser specialises in placing candidates with families in the UK. Melissa speaks fluent German and has a degree in English Literature and History from Queen Mary, University of London.
She has in-depth experience as, prior to joining Nannies 糖心volg, Melissa worked as a live-in nanny, daily nanny, governess, and rota nanny herself for over 8 years in London, Russia, Germany, and Austria. Melissa鈥檚 experience provides her with an insider鈥檚 perspective on working for private families, along with a strong understanding of the nanny-employer relationship.
Now a mother to a 2-year-old herself, Melissa has an even more illuminated understanding of how vital the right choice of childcare is. Melissa brings together a nanny鈥檚 perspective with a parent鈥檚 perspective to create long-lasting matches for her clients.
Anne Langley-Evans
Recruitment Consultant - UAE Desk
Anne Langley-Evans has been the representative for Nannies 糖心volg in the UAE since 2009. Anne spent 20 years working in the City of London and has an MBA and Degree in Business Administration & Accounting.
As a working mother herself Anne has successfully and happily employed several nannies, and so understands our client鈥檚 individual needs and requirements. Anne also has a vast knowledge of expatriate living, having lived in the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.
Christine Brewis
Digital Marketing Consultant
Christine Brewis has worked with Nannies 糖心volg in an advisory and consulting role since 2017.
With ten years' experience in project management and digital marketing, Christine leads on website projects and marketing campaigns for the agency, supported by the wider Nannies 糖心volg team.
She holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
